GOLDEN COTTAGE CHEESE FOR CANCER – IT WORKS!

Dr. Johanna Budwig, who died in 2001 at the age of 103, invented the Golden Cottage Cheese diet – flax oil mixed with cottage cheese. She cured hundreds of cancer patients in her German clinic and was nominated for the Nobel Prize seven times. She never won because her methods were too controversial – how could cottage cheese cure Stage IV prostate cancer?

Yet it did. Dr. Budwig took patients sometimes only hours from death and restored them to health. In 1967, in a radio interview she discussed her many incoming patients with histories of failed operations and radiation therapy: “Even in these cases it is possible to restore health in a few months at most, I would truly say 90% of the time.”

Dr. Budwig showed that the absence of linoleic acids in the average Western diet is responsible for the production of oxydase, which induces cancer growth and is the cause of many other chronic disorders. She found that people with cancer have blood that is low in Omega 3 and Omega 6 essential fatty acids. Flaxseed oil is 56% Omega 3 and 16% Omega 6. Most people have blood that is 80% deficient in Omega 3. A recent study in the Journal of Clinical Cancer Research, reported at www.Beat-Prostate-Cancer.net, showed that omega-3 fats actually slowed prostate tumor growth by 22% and lowered PSA levels by 77%.

The red blood cells in the lungs give up carbon dioxide to be breathed out and take on oxygen. They are then transported to the cell site via the blood vessels, where they release their oxygen into the plasma. This released oxygen is attracted to the cells by the resonance of the pi-electron oxidation-enhancing fatty acids. Otherwise, oxygen cannot work its way into the cell. Electron-rich fatty acids play the decisive role in respiratory enzymes, which are the basis of cell oxidation.

Increased oxygen use in the body, which is one of the best ways to kill cancer cells, is stimulated by protein compounds with sulfuric content. These compounds make oils water-soluble, so they can enter the body and remove debris or dissolve tumors. Sulfuric proteins are present in cheese, nuts and leek vegetables like leeks, chives, onions and garlic – but especially in cottage cheese. Dr. Budwig’s research found that for the omega fatty acids to be fully available to the body, they must be tied to a sulfur-based protein, the best source of which is cottage cheese.

The flaxseed oil and the cottage cheese must be blended and eaten together to be effective, because they have a synergistic effect. Mixing Golden Cottage Cheese, also known as FO/CC, is easy. You start with organic cottage cheese, whether 1% fat or whole fat. People have also used plain organic yogurt and tofu, but you need about three times as much to get the equivalent protein, and the protein/omega 3 balance seems to be important.

Buy organic cold-pressed high-lignan flaxseed oil, also called linseed oil. If you can’t find high-lignan oil, you may want to grind your own flax seed instead of using processed oils. In any case, be sure the oil is fresh and cold and is in a dark bottle. Refrigerate it, because flax oil will only stay fresh for three weeks at room temperature, but is OK for four months in the refrigerator and a year in a freezer.

Mix six tablespoons of the oil (shake it first if it is "high lignan") with 1½ cups of organic cottage cheese or 4 ½ cups of organic yogurt. Once it is thoroughly mixed by hand or with an electric beater – not in a blender – you may add fruit or nuts (but not peanuts) for flavor. Refrigerate it and eat it throughout the day. This is a one-day dose for any kind of cancer at any stage.

Once your cancer is in remission, you can cut back to one tablespoon of flax oil in ¼ cup of cottage cheese per hundred pounds of body weight, if you wish. It is important to continue to eat Golden Cottage Cheese daily for the rest of your life, and if you like it, there’s no reason to eat less than the six tablespoons of oil in 1½ cups of cottage cheese every day.

This therapy works even for difficult cases of lung cancer, prostate cancer, melanoma, pancreatic cancer and colorectal cancer. It is recommended by seven of the 12 cancer ebooks reviewed and rated at www.CancerBookReviews.com. Dr. Dan Roehm, MD, an oncologist and former cardiologist quoted in How To Beat Your Prostate Cancer, wrote: “This diet is far and away the most successful anti-cancer diet in the world. What Dr. Budwig demonstrated to my initial disbelief but, lately, to my complete satisfaction in my practice is: CANCER IS EASILY CURABLE. The treatment is dietary/lifestyle; the response is immediate; the cancer cell is weak and vulnerable; the precise biochemical breakdown point was identified by her in 1951 and is specifically correctable.”
